About Louis T. Picco

Louis Picco was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta during the illustrious Gretzky era. (He is definitely a Canuck Fan now!) He graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA in Commerce in 1988 and received his Chartered Accounting designation in January 1991.

After six years of public practice experience in Edmonton, Louis accepted a CFO position with Eastwood Companies and moved to beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Louis’s role as the CFO required more than just accounting and tax expertise. He provided broad business advice to all of the Eastwood Companies, which included many business areas, such as: venture capital investment, hotel ownership and management, and health food manufacturing and distribution.

Louis re-entered the world of public practice in January 2000, launching the professional accounting firm, Louis T. Picco, Inc. – Chartered Accountant. The firm has steadily expanded each year, mainly through excellent client referrals provided by existing clients.

In 2008, the firm purchased an office at 223, 1433 Lonsdale in North Vancouver. The team has also expanded to meet the demands of its clients. Louis T. Picco, Inc. includes five staff members, providing a full range of client assistance, including personal and corporate tax file preparation, bookkeeping assistance and training, and administrative support. Louis T. Picco, Inc. may reside in North Vancouver but they continue to serve clients throughout Greater Vancouver.
